Gospel-Centered Church Service
Church services rich in tradition and always with a Christ-centered Gospel message. With hymns that you know (and some that you don’t), like Amazing Grace and Beautiful Savior, to a liturgical service steeped in Christian history going back to the apostles. And don’t worry, there is always someone next to you in the pew to help you follow along in case you get lost.
Bible Study and Sunday School for All
We offer a dynamic Bible study lead by Pastor Curley covering everything from current cultural topics to an in-depth study of the books of the Bible. And of course, Sunday School for all ages, from college down to kindergarten.
Fellowship and Fun
From potlucks to annual church camp trips at Pt. Mugu by the beach, St. John members like to have fun together. We offer everything from summer movie nights under the stars, youth field trips, weekly volleyball games, short term mission trips (we went to Belize, Central America one year!), Vacation Bible School, women’s groups (LWML), senior groups (Seniors With A Purpose), Rose parade float decorating, day trips to the beach, well, you get the picture.
